United Recovery is not an association. We have no members, no agents, just shareholders, each an independent vehicle recovery operator who through United Recovery is taking responsibility for the future of the industry.
 Each vehicle recovery operator within United Recovery believes not only in self regulation, but in the ideals of providing a quality service to the motoring public while adhering to the high standards of technical skill with which the company has set a benchmark to the industry.
The company offers a cohesive policy towards training, and has been given a mandate by its shareholders to abide by an independent standards committee. The democratically elected Steering Committee guides the company and makes recommendations to the directors.
United Recovery is supported and sponsored by Auto-Rescue Logistics to provide a voice for the vehicle recovery industry that wants to work in partnership with motor insurers, government agencies, and motoring organisations.
The original Steering Committee members are instantly recognisable names of repute from the industry, John Miller, Steve Shinnick, Jon Beech, George Graham, Mo Iqbal, Alex Rob, John Rogers and Mick Goodall.
